This PR improves the model card by:

• Adding the library_name: transformers tag to the metadata, which will enable the automated "how to use" widget on the Hugging Face Hub. This is supported by the model's config.json showing transformers_version and Phi3ForCausalLM architecture, and the GitHub README listing pip install transformers as an installation step.
• Including a direct link to the paper Med-2E3: A 2D-Enhanced 3D Medical Multimodal Large Language Model in the model card's introduction for easier access.

No sample usage code snippet has been added, as the GitHub README does not provide an explicit, ready-to-use inference snippet for this model, aligning with the instructions to not make up code.
