License scope for the pinned isnetis.onnx weights
Hello. We are evaluating the anime-seg model for an offline character-portrait authoring tool and need to record the license of the exact model weights separately from the source-code license. Could you please confirm the license that applies to isnetis.onnx in skytnt/anime-seg at revision 976cbb9ba61600e0993d1ee2a8a247ae05d183ee (SHA-256 f15622d853e8260172812b657053460e20806f04b9e05147d49af7bed31a6e99)? Please state whether that license permits commercial inference, redistribution of the original weight file, and redistribution of a mechanically converted or quantized ONNX derivative. If possible, please add the declaration to the model card or provide a stable license URL. We will not infer the anime-segmentation repository's Apache-2.0 code license onto these weight bytes without an explicit statement. Thank you.
