Image geolocation demo. Upload an outdoor photo; the model matches it against 4.9M geotagged images and returns a GPS guess. Runs the full 3-encoder model on a ZeroGPU, so each guess takes a few seconds. It beats the published state of the art (Pinpoint) on the OSV-5M benchmark.
