Enable the users to delete the submission results.

The eval_results repo is now public: https://huggingface.co/datasets/AIR-Bench/eval_results/tree/main. Users can submit a PR in this repo to delete submission results. However, the problem is how to authenticate users. For now, we can only support deletion requests from the authors of specific models.
