CALHippo Demo

Interactive low-resolution hippocampus WSI density inference for pyramidal cells, interneurons, and astrocytes using the released CALHippo density model.

Use a bundled LR crop example or upload a LR PNG with an optional ROI GeoJSON. The demo runs on CPU and returns all-class and per-class density maps, sampled point maps, and predicted counts.

Model artifacts are loaded from AImageLab-Zip/CALHippo-Framework-Models. The CALHippo framework is available on GitHub.

These artifacts are intended for non-commercial academic research use only and are not intended for clinical diagnosis or medical decision-making.
