So, the name of our software is Gym Outsourcing. Basically, all the calls will me made using an n8n workflow which calls the lead within 5 minutes using the webhook, then the workflow uses Vapi to call the prospect and schedules an appointment with the prospect on Airtable and sends them a confirmation email. The only purpose of this dashboard is to provide information to the gym owners related to their bookings based on real-time data collected from Vapi. - Follow Up Deployment
