This pull request is paired with a change in the tuned-lens package https://github.com/AlignmentResearch/tuned-lens/pull/55. Its purpose is to migrate all the lenses from the current tuned lens class to a new refactored one.

Note: the new class will not return the same logits. However, once normalized the probability distributions will be very similar. There are tests for this in the migration script.
