The Demo Space is broken it produces a Runtime error
Hi @MarksHF1 — thanks for flagging this, and sorry the Space was broken! Linguify has since been rebuilt from scratch into a new multi-engine translator, now live and working here: https://huggingface.co/spaces/Asanari/nllb-translator — 200 languages, with local models (NLLB-200, MADLAD-400) plus free-API engines (Gemini, Qwen 2.5 & Llama 3.3 via Groq). Give it a try and let me know if anything is off. 🙏
I did run into one issue initially, but then I changed the destination language to something else and back to Spanish. After that it all worked very nicely :-)

Thanks so much for giving it a try, @MarksHF1 — really glad it's working well for you! 🙌 That initial hiccup (having to switch the language and back) was actually a real bug on my end: a race condition while the model was still loading on the first request. I've just fixed it and redeployed, so it should translate cleanly from the very first try now. Thanks a lot for the report and the kind words! 🙏
