There is public contest on-going from public Spanish government https://algoritmosverdes.gob.es/es/hackathon/prompt-thon-alia-innovacion-y-sostenibilidad-en-ia

But this contest indicates that will run ALIA-40B-Instruct, and I'm not able to find where is the model. The page indicates WIP.
