🇧🇩 Bangladesh e-Procurement Automation Pro

Enterprise-grade tender processing for BWDB/LGED/WDB e-GP systems, optimized for deployment on Hugging Face Spaces.

Features

• BOQ extraction: PDF/Excel → quot / sum_quot / Analysis / WorkPlan
• Zone-based rate matching: Schedule of Rates with Zone-A/B/C/D/E
• Word template filling: JV_DEED, POA, BG, Credit Line, etc.
• Excel generation: Tk. currency, % variance, cft conversions
• Notice PDF parsing: auto extract Tender ID, Package No, Division, Deadline
• PDF → DOCX text extraction
• Validation and rate anomaly tagging

Usage

1. Upload BOQ file (Excel/PDF)
2. Upload Schedule of Rates (Excel with Zone columns)
3. Select Zone
4. Optional: upload Word templates ZIP and Notice PDF
5. Click Process BD Tender
6. Download the output ZIP

Troubleshooting

• PDF not parsing? Use selectable-text PDFs or enable OCR.
• Zone not found? SOR must contain Zone-A, Zone-B, etc.
• Template not filling? Use {{PLACEHOLDER}} syntax.
