Field Adjusters Routing Optimizer
Assigns insurance claims to field adjusters and sequences each adjuster's day to minimize driving — respecting policyholder availability windows, adjuster specialties, service territories, shifts, and inspection durations. Includes an AI layer (Claude API) for claim intake from FNOL emails, a schedule Q&A assistant with what-if re-solves, morning briefings, and in-day repair.
Try it: pick a demo scenario from the dropdown (e.g. storm-surge)
and click Solve. The AI tabs need an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret;
real driving distances need a GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY secret.
Built on Google OR-Tools and PyVRP, cross-validated against an exact
MILP solver (HiGHS). Full documentation ships in the project's docs/
folder.
