Deep Analog — Film Look Transfer (research preview)

Upload a reference film scan → download a predicted 3D LUT (.cube). Optionally upload your own photo → get it rendered in the reference look (color + tone + grain + halation).

Configuration (Space variables/secrets)

Variable	Purpose
ACCESS_CODE	If set, the UI and API require this code. Remove to open access.
MAX_SIDE	Max processing resolution (default 2048).

Privacy by Design

• Images processed in memory only; never written to disk, no database.
• Access logging disabled; no filenames or contents logged.
• No cookies, no analytics, no third-party requests from the page.
• Outputs are re-encoded → all EXIF/GPS metadata stripped.
