Submissions stuck in PROCESSING/PENDING for 30+ hours — evaluation worker possibly idle?
Hi organizers,
Thanks for hosting the AVerImaTeC test evaluation! Our team (GIRP) has two submissions that appear to be stuck.
The first submission, ID 7c2d5998-a554-48ee-a558-84592e4cbc96, was submitted on 2026-08-17 12:22:50 (as shown in My Submissions) and has been in PROCESSING status for more than 30 hours. The second submission, ID 300cff0c-f870-45a6-aaaf-9ee54eda893e, was submitted on 2026-08-18 01:44:06 and has been PENDING for about 20 hours. Both show an empty Public Score.
One observation that may help debugging: the Space itself shows Running, but the resource monitor reads CPU 0% and RAM 1/18 GB, which suggests the evaluation worker may not actually be consuming the queue.
Could you kindly check whether the evaluation backend needs a restart, and whether our stuck submissions will be re-queued automatically or we should re-submit? We would like to avoid burning the daily submission quota on duplicates if the originals are still alive.
