Fix 3D viewer canvas staying zero-sized after tab switch (dispatch resize on the iframe's own window, not the parent's), which was breaking rendering and double-click picking. Debounce the slider's image loading. Loosen mobile double-tap tolerance for pick.

Split the 40MB embedded scene data out of splat_viewer.html into scene.sog: HF serves LFS-tracked HTML through a restrictive CDN CSP that blocks its own JavaScript from running. Keeping the HTML small and non-LFS avoids that path, while the inert .sog data file (only ever fetched, never executed) is unaffected by the same restriction. 10 days ago
