Boundary

For this first prototype, the boundary is intentionally simple:

• Observatory UI: experiment and visualization
• Recursive event object: explicit state transition
• Session state: temporary persistence point
• Inspector: separate function that evaluates the trace

Next GestaltView integration

The session state can later be replaced by the GestaltView action surface. The natural persistence boundary is the proposed recursive event endpoint:

POST /actions/recursive/events

That would turn this from a toy observatory into a small inspection instrument connected to the real runtime.
