## What Clerks Should Look For

✔ Bluebook-compliant citations  
✔ Exhibit numbering (A-1, A-2, etc.)  
✔ Source URLs to official agencies  
✔ Integrity hashes (audit trail)

## What Clerks Should Disregard

✖ AI summaries as factual findings  
✖ Interpretive conclusions  
✖ Contextual speculation

## Proper Use in Filings

Permissible:
- Citation organization
- Appendix formatting
- Reference consolidation

Impermissible:
- AI-generated factual assertions
- Unsupported claims
- Substituting AI for evidence
