• productions/<date>-<slug>/metadata.json - model, task, and generation settings.
• productions/<date>-<slug>/prompt.md - full prompt text.
• productions/<date>-<slug>/videos/ - generated video files.
• productions/<date>-<slug>/references/ - reference images, videos, audio, or notes used by the run.

Do not commit API keys, OSS credentials, signed temporary URLs, or other secrets.
