What we publish here

HeadcountLabs/job-postings — our open job-postings dataset, refreshed daily. ~4.9M jobs and ~5.7M postings across ~12K companies, Parquet format, CC BY 4.0. Only postings whose sources allow redistribution are included.

The full API

The complete dataset — 8.4M listings, every field, real-time — is available through the Headcount Labs API: REST + MCP (plug into Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client). First 100,000 jobs free every month, then 1¢ per 1,000.

We sell data, not scrapers.
