Boundary
This is a conceptual systems-architecture and ecological review framework.
It is not:

- ecological restoration validation
- climate intervention approval
- geoengineering proposal
- carbon-offset verification
- land-use mandate
- scientific proof of a complete restoration model
- substitute for local Indigenous knowledge, ecological expertise, field measurement, permitting, or community governance
Core thesis
An ecosystem is not repaired when damage is hidden, exported, offset, averaged, or renamed.
An ecosystem is repaired only when life-supporting continuity returns: soil, water, air, biodiversity, habitat, food-web integrity, microbial health, watershed function, pollinator continuity, human stewardship, and regenerative feedback.
