| ## Claims boundary |
|
|
| This is an **internally reproducible synthetic dynamical model** for exploring HIR/OAM pressure-form behavior under stated assumptions. It is **not** a real-world forecast, empirical socio-ecological model, demographic prediction, or policy tool. Future years are scenario checkpoints, not predictions. |
