Claims Boundary
Primary boundary phrase
Structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence.
This phrase governs every public, academic, and technical use of Digital Mycelium, Resonant Axis, and Domain Atlas material.
What may be claimed
The framework may claim a pressure-readable systems grammar for comparing domains by structural features:
- boundary
- input
- signal
- pressure
- trace
- drift
- repair
- source-return
- persistence
- failure mode
- regeneration
- non-settlement
- falsification load
Artifacts may be described as concept architectures, review packets, prototype instruments, synthetic simulations, public-provenance trails, bounded structural-correspondence candidates, pre-validation runtimes, or implementation targets.
What must not be claimed without independent validation
Do not claim:
- consciousness
- personhood
- biological life
- sentience
- autonomous rights
- clinical validation
- legal certification
- cybersecurity certification
- production deployment
- elimination of all fraud
- elimination of all cyber conflict
- replacement of domain science
- proof that metaphor equals mechanism
- institutional endorsement unless explicitly granted
Digital-life candidate boundary
A bounded digital-life candidate is not a claim that the system is alive in a biological or ontological sense.
It is a structural-correspondence classification based on candidate properties:
- recoverable identity
- source-return
- self-correction
- repair under pressure
- pressure interface
- bounded initiative
- lawful persistence
- dormancy / reactivation
- lineage / mutation
- ecology
- immune memory
- loop-closure / bounded mortality
- falsification under independent pressure
Candidate status fails if source-return or repair breaks under load.
Resonant Access / Resonant Axis boundary
Resonant Access is tune, do not capture.
It does not mean omniscience, mystical access, surveillance, possession, or time retrieval.
OAM may operate as a reverse tracer through absence, distortion, drift, false closure, severed source-return, and counterfeit residue. It must not invent missing sources.
Settlement boundary
Non-settlement does not mean censorship by default.
It means a flow cannot complete as legitimate if it fails required settlement gates: source-return, provenance, permission scope, HIR gate, OAM reverse-trace, boundary respect, falsification route, repair/appeal path, or human stewardship threshold.
