Purpose
This branch maps HIR/OAM pressure-form logic onto packet-transfer integrity around existing secure protocols. It is designed to help reviewers and public readers distinguish:
- completed transfer vs. verified transfer
- payload delivery vs. payload fidelity
- encryption success vs. boundary-preserving transfer
- protocol confidence vs. evidence-chain confidence
- successful arrival vs. trustworthy transfer state

Critical boundary
This is not a replacement for TLS, QUIC, WireGuard, IPsec, SSH, certificate authorities, cryptographic libraries, or production security standards. It is an integrity-governance and claim-boundary map around those systems.
