| # Settlement / Ticketing / Fraud Stack |
| Settlement / Ticketing / Fraud Stack is a public HIR/OAM integrity map for examining how ticket bots, scalping pressure, fake scarcity, resale extraction, identity abuse, payment pressure, and fraud pathways exploit weak settlement systems. |
| This Space frames ticketing and fraud not only as bad-actor problems, but as settlement-integrity failures. A transaction should not fully settle, transfer, pay out, or validate unless honesty, provenance, authorization, consent, price integrity, and auditability remain intact. |
| This Space also includes the authorized red-team capture layer. Suspicious or authorized adversarial attempts are captured, quarantined, classified, audited, and routed into human-reviewed defensive improvement. The attack is not just blocked; in a bounded defensive system, it becomes evidence for repair. |
| ## Core line |
| HIR does not ask extraction to behave. It makes extraction non-settleable. |
| ## Boundary |
| This is a defensive architecture and public review prototype. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, not a production fraud-detection system, not PCI-DSS compliance, not banking certification, not processor approval, not regulatory approval, not an attack manual, and not a guide for committing or bypassing fraud controls. |
| No fraud instructions, bypass recipes, phishing templates, malware logic, credential-theft workflows, unauthorized testing guidance, operational attack playbooks, or claims of eliminating all fraud are provided. |
| Authorized defensive review only. |
| Structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence. |
| ## Ecosystem position |
| This Space is part of the broader Primordial Code Ecosystem. |
