| # HIR/OAM Wardenclyffe Technical Bridge Layer v0.1 |

| This is a bounded, Hugging Face-ready static review artifact. It bridges three source lanes into a derived-only method layer: |
|
|
| 1. Wardenclyffe geophysical investigation source layer. |
| 2. Tesla technical corpus source layer. |
| 3. Supplemental diagram interpretation layer. |
|
|
| The package does **not** redistribute the source PDFs, source text, or saved web diagram. It contains only derived metadata, source hashes, atom summaries, edge rules, simulator-export rules, and a run receipt. |
|
|
| ## Purpose |
|
|
| This layer prepares a disciplined bridge between the live HIR/OAM Trace Topology Harness and a later HIR/OAM Earth-Field Coupling Harness. |
|
|
| It separates: |
|
|
| - confirmed / source-reported geophysical structure; |
| - technical apparatus and phase/frequency concepts; |
| - supplemental diagram vocabulary; |
| - coupling hypotheses; |
| - simulator-ready variables; |
| - non-claims and blocked conclusions. |

| Truth is not used as an origin term here. |
|
|
| Honesty is the origin of truth. Truth language is downstream of provenance, reproducibility, source boundary, uncertainty, and correction. |
