Erlang-C Staffing Intelligence Studio | Hugdrigo research and intelligence series.

Analyze call-center waiting time, agent utilization, and arrival surges with Erlang-C assumptions.

Model assumptions

• Uses the Erlang-C M/M/c steady-state waiting-time formula when offered load is below agent capacity.
• For unstable overloaded queues, reported wait is capped at 60 minutes as a warning proxy; abandonment is not modeled.
• Poisson arrivals, exponential service, identical agents, no callback, and no patience distribution are assumed.

Limitations and privacy

These synthetic records and heuristic/analytical approximations are provided for learning and demonstration. There is no live data and no guarantee of prediction or compliance. Do not rely on these results for safety, emergency response, investment, healthcare, legal or operational decisions. Obtain current primary-source data and expert advice.

The application does not contact a server. Records and scenario parameters may be kept in this browser's localStorage; clearing site data resets them. Export a JSON backup to retain work.

Publish to Hugging Face

1. Create a public Static Space called queuecanvas-contact-center under Hugdrigo.
2. Upload README.md, index.html and LICENSE to the repository root.
3. No build steps, GPU or additional dependencies required.
