| ## Overview | |
| Influitive AdvocateHub is a platform that helps companies build communities of advocates to support marketing, sales, and product initiatives. These tools facilitate importing content, managing events, and other functions within AdvocateHub. | |
| ## Usage | |
| To use the tools, follow the steps located within each tool: | |
| 1. Spaces will sleep after 48 hours. If the space is sleeping start the space to make the tool available. If a runtime error occurs when starting the space, within the app page, navigate to settings and select Restart Space. | |
| 2. Navigate to the appropriate tool. | |
| 3. Follow the instructions at the top of each tool page to gather the required information in order to run the API calls and provide the requested information. | |

| PointImport - Uses the Bulk Import Events and Acts of Advocacy API call to perform Event and Points Import for clients from a CSV file | |
| BulkUnsubscribeTool - Uses the Unsubscribe A Contact By Email API call to perform a Bulk Unsubscribe from a CSV file | |
| InfluitiveDiscussionImporter - Uses the Discourse API to import Discussion threads and forums from previous tools to Influitive AdvocateHub | |
