Replace the 2025 Space with the revised NTv3 release

Moves the content of InstaDeepAI/ntv3_revised (238da568) here, so the Space keeps its URL, likes and the links in both preprints.
- Self-references to ntv3_revised now point to ntv3, including the three notebooks that download src/genome_annotation.
- The 2025 content stays at tag initial-release (= v1.0, c5c1974). The Initial release tab links its notebooks there, and the 2025 JAX code at GitHub tag ntv3-initial-release.
- Removes 9 files that only the 2025 Space had: notebooks_pipelines/, tutorials 02-07, tabs/demo.html.
Merging: verified render-identical to ntv3_revised, all links checked.
