# 🌐 LingScope — Cultural Expression & Language Comparison Assistant

**LingScope** helps you compare expressions between Korean and other languages (currently English and German), not just through translation, but by exploring how expressions differ in meaning, grammar, and cultural nuance.

## 🚀 How to Run on Hugging Face Spaces

1. Go to [Hugging Face Spaces](https://huggingface.co/spaces)  
2. Create a new **Gradio** space  
3. Upload all files from this repo  
4. Go to **Settings > Secrets** and add your `OPENAI_API_KEY`  
5. Done! The app will automatically run  

## 🧪 Example

**Input:**

고생했어! ("You worked hard!" / "It must've been tough!")
```

**Output includes:**

- 📖 Translated Expression  
- 🧠 Explanation of nuance and context  
- ⚙️ Grammar points (e.g., "must have + p.p.")  
- 🗣️ Vocabulary explanation (e.g., *tough*, *must have been*)  
- 🌍 Cultural difference note (e.g., "Direct appreciation isn't as common in English.")
