Issue with Loading Specific LoRA Model from CivitAI

I'm encountering an issue when trying to use a specific LoRA model from CivitAI in your space. Here are the details:
Model URL: https://civitai.com/models/1700090
Download URL: https://civitai.com/api/download/models/1924036
Problem Description:
The LoRA downloads successfully with correct filename
However, it doesn't seem to take effect during generation
Other LoRA models work without issues
Notably, this particular LoRA fails to load its preview image (while others do)
When checking PNG info, this LoRA doesn't appear in the metadata
Questions:
Could this be related to the missing preview image?
Would you be able to help investigate why this LoRA isn't being properly loaded?
Are there any known issues with certain LoRA formats or metadata requirements?

Thanks for the bug report. I looked into it, and Civitai's API is buggy. https://civitai.com/api/v1/model-versions/1700090 (It's definitely buggy, right...?)
Well, Civitai's API is often buggy.
I don't really understand why it doesn't work when using manual download...🤔
Edit:
Civitai is buggy, so I integrated it as a LoRA displayed in the list. This method seems to work...
