| # LTX-2.5 Diffusers |
|
|
| A Hugging Face Space for LTX-2.5 video generation and related IC-LoRA tools. |
|
|
| Model weights, adapters, and example media are downloaded at startup or during CPU preflight. Large LFS/Xet or binary runtime assets are not stored in this Space repository. |

| ## Hugging Face access required |
|
|
| Some model repositories are **gated**. Open the links below while signed in to the same Hugging Face account that owns the token used by this Space, then choose **Agree and Access** when prompted. |

| You only need adapter access for the tabs you intend to use. The base-model access is required for the Space itself. |
|
|
| ## Space token setup |
|
|
| 1. Approve the gated repositories you need using the links above. |
| 2. Create a Hugging Face **read** token from the same account. |
| 3. In the Space settings, add the token as a Secret named `HF_TOKEN`. |
| 4. Restart the Space after changing access or the token. |
|
|
| `HF_ACCESS_TOKEN` is also accepted, but `HF_TOKEN` is the recommended Secret name. |
|
|
| ## If the Space does not start |
|
|
| Check the runtime status shown near the top of the UI and the Space logs. |
|
|
| - **`HF_TOKEN/HF_ACCESS_TOKEN is required`** — the Space Secret is missing. |
| - **`GatedRepoError`, HTTP `401`, or HTTP `403`** — the token owner probably has not approved the required gated repository, or the token does not belong to the account that approved it. |
| - **The main Space works but one IC tab fails during CPU preflight** — approve that tab's adapter repository using the matching link above, then retry. A GPU reservation is not requested until the adapter preflight succeeds. |
| - **Access was just approved** — confirm the Space uses a token from that same account, then restart the Space and try again. |

| Hugging Face gated access is granted to individual user accounts, and scripted downloads must authenticate with a token belonging to an account that has access. |

| - IC-LoRA adapters are downloaded during CPU preflight before GPU work begins. |
| - User-provided Hugging Face or Civitai LoRAs remain separate from the dedicated IC-LoRA tabs. |
