Apply for community grant: Academic project (gpu)
This project aims to make CARBonAra - a geometric transformer which is capable of assigning the sequence of a protein backbone given its direct chemical context such as small molecules, nucleotides etc. publicly accessible through a small GUI hosted through a GPU - accelerated workspace.
As strong believers of the democratization of scientific results we think that making our network available through the hugging face is another contribution to this overall goal.
The model works by providing a PDB-file and will generate either a fasta-file or a csv-table with the associated scores. The future outlooks might include incorporating AlphaFold2 as a structural validation tool for the designed sequences.

Hi @benediktsinger , we have assigned a gpu to this space. Note that GPU Grants are provided temporarily and might be removed after some time if the usage is very low.

I am having issues with activating the granted resources again after switching the space to the account of the lab I am in. It seems to be connected to the inactivity time which I cannot change for the granted GPU - see below the error.
