Good UX drives satisfaction and loyalty (increasing revenue) and even reduces support costs by minimizing user errors and confusion. The ROI of UX research can be quantified via metrics like conversion rates, bounce/abandonment rates, development costs saved, and customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT). For example, improving form flow may raise conversion, while fixing usability issues early saves expensive rework later.
