Codex Capsule — PLME Runtime
The Codex Capsule is a sealed, browser-native cognitive runtime governed by the Dr Moagi Multiplex Equation.
It implements a Programming Language Multiplexing Engine (PLME): multiple semantic “tracks” (world, agents, language, UI, web) execute in time-synchrony, analogous to audio/video tracks in an MP4 container.
Core Principles
- Intelligence as time-aligned semantic streams
- Languages as codecs
- Execution as playback
- Reality as rendered state
Governing Law (Dr Moagi Equation)
[ \frac{d\Xi_k}{dt}
\Phi_k(\Xi_k) + \Psi_k(t) + \sum_{\ell \neq k} \mathcal{M}_{k\ell}(\Xi_\ell) ]
Features
- WebGPU-accelerated world field
- Agentic behaviour layer
- Natural-language intent multiplexing
- Embedded web exploration
- Deterministic frame-based execution
- No backend, no weights, no data exfiltration
