Project: Conductor (The Architect's Command Center)

This is the user-facing command center for Project Conductor, a resilient, multi-agent framework submitted for the MCP's 1st Birthday Hackathon. It demonstrates Track 2: MCP in Action.

This Gradio client provides a dynamic, real-time window into the agentic workflow powered by its counterpart, the Project Conductor Core MCP Server.

• 📺 Real-Time Streaming Logs: Watch the mission unfold live. The server streams updates directly to the UI, providing a transparent, engaging view into the agents' reasoning, tool use, and decision-making process.
• 🎨 Command Console UI: The professional three-column layout is designed for clarity and control, separating agent controls from the central media display. The color-coded, icon-driven Master Log transforms raw data into a readable mission narrative.
• 🧠 Dynamic Agent Control: Select different LLM providers and models for the Coder and Strategist agents on the fly using organized, cascading dropdowns.
• 🎬 Cinematic Feedback Loop: The central media panel provides instant visual feedback, transitioning from a default state to a "working" animation during execution, and a "celebration" video upon completion.

🏛️ A Universal Framework

While this demo showcases a developer-focused "Coder/Strategist" workflow, the underlying Conductor engine is a universal, resilient framework for any multi-agent task. The core logic—escalating ambiguity, leveraging tools, and handling failure—is designed to be domain-agnostic. This pattern could be re-skinned for Enterprise (e.g., automated auditing), Consumer (e.g., complex trip planning), or any other Creative application.
