- HDMI to SBC: this is the video out
- USB to SBC: this is power from SBC and keyboard and mouse to SBC
- Ethernet: to host. This has the webserver where the KVM can be accessed with remote screen and other functionalities
IP address
A fancier version has the screen with the IP address
In this version I look at my router and get the DHCP assigned address
Access to the KVM via browser
Just punch in the IP in the address bar and everything works out of the box
