Hugging face credits for Hackathon

I have had all the email for the credits, but the credits are not showing up on my hugging face account. What can I do ?
You have to have a credit card Linked to Hugging face and I think the only way to do that is to Sign up for the $9 a month Pro Account....Will someone please let me know of there is any other way?
