Publication Checklist for Hackathon Submission

• Deploy app to HuggingFace Space under the competition organization
• Add the appropriate building-mcp-track-* tag to the Space README
• Add link to social post in README
• Add demo video link in README
• Confirm MCP endpoints are discoverable from an MCP client
• Verify requirements.txt and app.py run in a fresh environment
