Removes redundant files (index.html, app.py, logos) and updates README.md with a clean, Markdown-native organization profile.

Changes:

• Remove duplicate logo (already shown in HF sidebar)
• Remove index.html, app.py, requirements.txt
• Update README.md with mission statement, BASF affiliation, contributor list, and citation
