Adds LeanVoice to the arena.

• Space: https://huggingface.co/spaces/zyushg/leanvoice-tts (Gradio, /synthesize endpoint, 6 voices)
• Fast real-time TTS served via a thin Gradio client over the hosted LeanVoice API (same pattern as hexgrad/Kokoro-API). No GPU/ZeroGPU needed; public endpoint.
