Replace heuristic callable guessing with explicit sibling entrypoints/signatures; normalize grounding, freshness, provenance, contradiction, and uncertainty to a transparent trust-aligned direction; exclude descriptive prose from adverse-signal detection; add focused wiring regressions.
Verified: brain-health self-test passes; 4/4 wiring regressions and 5/5 Atlas alignment regressions pass; real query now resolves all five honesty components and keeps adverse signals explicit. Merge approved.
