Pass Atlas brain probes through the real query parameter

Use the backend q= contract for brain health and gap reads so typed Atlas probes are evaluated rather than silently becoming empty queries; retain read-only behavior and add regression assertions.
Verified Atlas JavaScript syntax and 5/5 alignment regressions; q= matches both live FastAPI brain endpoints. Merge approved.
