Pin Brain formula evidence and verify SHA-256
Replace the mutable GitHub main formula probe with immutable a11oy commit 22b084d4a74abb4d5911ca9dc303c35d222bd284. Verify the fetched artifact against SHA-256 847d2e332017a5bfe3e7823092acf0245840f6b20f3d6f1544f723fd1607612e before counting theorem declarations; fail closed as UNAVAILABLE on mismatch. Return the commit, path, content digest, and integrity verdict. Preserve the same-origin 0-CDN browser contract and link the UI to the pinned proof artifact. Adds positive, pin, and tamper-negative regression coverage.
Verified PR head byte-for-byte against the tested local patch. Regression suite: 6/6 holographic zero-CDN/integrity tests, 5/5 Atlas alignment tests, 4/4 Brain wiring tests.
