Compose existing Lambda scoring, compliance gate, confidence/fusion estimates, formula-grounded briefs, receipts, and advisor routing into a bounded read-only Director. No outreach or CRM mutation is executed; human approval remains required. Tests, py_compile, and JavaScript syntax checks pass; FastAPI container smoke remains required.
