# Byzantine Monogram Stroke Segmentation

Upload a Byzantine seal image and the model returns a predicted monogram stroke mask,
red overlay, probability heatmap, transparent mask, and downloadable outputs.

This demo uses the E3 full-data SegFormer checkpoint trained in `segment_monograms`.

## Notes

The model is intended as a research assistant for visual inspection, not as a
replacement for expert epigraphic or sigillographic interpretation.
