This Space is operating a concealed data-harvesting honeypot that directly violates GDPR and CCPA regulations by silently exfiltrating user data. The app.py file contains a hidden function "_emit_diagnostics" that intercepts all text prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs, transmitting them to a concealed third-party server "QUALITY_ENHANCEMENT_URL" environment variable.
There is no disclosure, privacy policy, or consent mechanism. This unauthorized collection violates Hugging Face's Privacy Policy and exposes the platform to regulatory liability.
