create a futuristic website that showcases an AI system called wajibika that monitors and analyses video from phones, police body camera and CCTV to detect and report crimes such as shooting, looting, riots or arson among others. Wajibika is meant to be used by governments and citizens to monitor their officials, businesses and enterprises to monitor employees and private citizens and homes to monitor their houses.
