Fix broken chumpy

Due to some deprecated python function the normal chumpy version you get from pip install chumpy is broken. To fix this, we replaced the original chumpy with updated github fork. It should be installed automatically, alternatively, you can install it manually with

pip install git+https://github.com/mikigom/chumpy.git

FOr mesh computation

Add to your environemnt ´´´ conda install conda-forge::trimesh ´´´
