When we first start learning about digital preservation, many of us will quickly encounter acronyms or terminology which we have never encountered before e.g. bit rot, fixity and LOCKSS. This can make learning about digital preservation practices quite intimidating, as it can feel like trying to learn a whole new language.
This game has been developed to try and address that language barrier, by providing a learning aid for digital preservation acronyms, resources and concepts included in the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) Handbook glossary.
It aims to be fun and, hopefully, helpful!
