Running on CPU Upgrade

Update the complete result objects for the three FollowIR Text tasks (core17-instructions, news21-instructions, and robust04-instructions) for E5-Omni-3B, E5-Omni-7B, LCO-Embedding-Omni-7B, and Omni-Embed-Nemotron-3B using rerun results after the ranking-metrics fix.

Validation: all 12 task objects exactly match the rerun score JSON files. The update changes 220 numeric values across four score files; other tasks and model metadata are unchanged.
