Hi, we are working on a project to use machine learning to automate the process of analysing tetrazolium chloride orchid seed viability tests, which will improve conservation outcomes for orchids. We are near the point of evaluating a final model, which we will host publicly on huggingface, and are working on a space to deploy the model to make it accessible to non-coding researchers at other seed banks and around the world.
